1 Cup coconut milk
2 Tablespoon coconut yogurt
1 Cup mix berries frozen
8 Frozen strawberries
1 Banana
1 Tablespoon of chia seed
Optional: 1 Tablespoon of vegan protein powder
BLEND everything until smooth
ADD fresh fruit, nuts, seeds to it
