The Black Obsidian Egg is a Feminine Medicine from the Mexican Tradition. One of its gifts is to reveal hidden aspects of the psyche and heart.
The Black Obsidian works as a mirror of the soul, interacting with our mental, emotional, physical, energetic, and spiritual bodies, reflecting the memories and wounds ready to be released, healed, and transmuted.
The Origin of the Stone
Obsidian is a rock made from magma that erupted from a volcano. Fire is its power element. The Black Obsidian holds a Yin essence (darkness, night, moon), and we welcome its presence within our Yoni during the night.
