A gentle, playful yoga class for mamas and their little ones (6 weeks–11 months), focusing on movement, connection, and bonding while supporting your postnatal recovery.
During our time together, we’ll gently restores strength and vitality, nurturing calm and emotional wellbeing, while deepening your connection and bonding with your baby.
Postnatal yoga is a gentle way to reconnect with your body after birth. We recommend starting once you have your doctor’s clearance, usually around 6 weeks after a vaginal birth or 8 weeks or more after a cesarean, so your body has time to heal and you can safely begin rebuilding strength, balance, and calm.
