Blueberry Soul Smoothie Bowl
From the earth to your table:
Serves: 1 big bowl
2 Cups of frozen Blueberries
1 Frozen banana
2 Cups of coconut milk
2 Tablespoon of chia seed
1/2 Cup of oats
Topping: buckinis, fresh fruit and lots of colours!
ADD all the ingredients in your blender
BLEND them well until smooth
