Embodied Rhythm ~ The heart of the Himalayas, Nepal
Sunday 26th of April to Saturday 2nd of May, 2026
Embodied Rhythm invites you to journey through the body and the land ~ yoga, meditation, breathwork, somatic practices, and creative expression guide you as we surround ourselves within the sacred mountains and valleys of Nepal. Feel the pulse of the earth beneath your feet, the rhythm of your own breath, and the quiet currents of life that flow between the peaks and within yourself.
Infused with devotional practices and ceremony, Embodied Rhythm is a journey of returning to the body, to presence, to the aliveness of being. This retreat invites you to attune to the natural pulse of life: the heartbeat, the breath, the flow of rivers, and the rise and rest of mountains. A space to awaken, heal, and move collectively, to remember the quiet rhythm that connects us all.
Over 6 days and 7 nights we will move, flow, breathe, and attune together — tuning into the body’s wisdom beneath the layers of distractions, responsibilities, and expectations. A journey to feel the natural rhythm of life, to awaken presence, and to reconnect with what is true at your core.

Embodied Rhythm speaks to the natural pulse of life that flows through all beings — the heartbeat, the breath, the cycles of nature, the rise and fall of the mountains, the flow of rivers. To be embodied is to come home fully into our own body, into presence, grounding spirit in form. Rhythm reminds us that everything moves in cycles — day and night, inhale and exhale, stillness and motion, contraction and expansion.
Together, Embodied Rhythm is the invitation to attune to these natural patterns — to feel life’s pulse not only within the body but also in resonance with the earth, the mountains, and the wider cosmos. It’s about rediscovering harmony, living in alignment with the deeper currents that carry us, and remembering that we are not separate from nature’s great dance.
