Yoni Steam is a powerful ancient ritual, practiced by many traditions around the world. This profound ritual is a gateway for purification of our womb and body. This spiritual ritual is also a gateway to connect us with the essence of being a woman.

Through the warm steam the essence and the spirit of flowers and medicinal plants enter our body through the portal of our Yoni (Vagina), purifying our Womb (uterus), cleansing, healing, activating our right to feel pleasure and guiding us to remember our true essence, our feminine essence, our raw and real essence.

Our Womb is the most sacred and powerful energy portal in our physical body.

Our Womb is the Sacred Chalice, the portal to the mystery of life, where human life begins. It is in our Womb that we hold our fertility, our power to create, our ability to manifest our purpose into reality. It is in our Uterus where we connect with our own and unique medicine and where we birth miracles into reality.

The wisdom of our womb connects us with our ancestors. It is in our womb where everything, where life was created and will always be created.

Yoni steam is a powerful ritual that comes with infinite healing, gifts and benefits.

The ritual of Yoni Steam creates a profound purification for our wombs. This purification brings nourishment to the womb, to the reproductive system and to our body.

The purification happens at the level of the physical, mental, emotional, energetic and spiritual body.

With no doubts, Yoni Steam is a very powerful & healing ritual/treatment. However, it’s a complementary practice that supports the healing of any health conditions presented in the physical body.

The Path of Natural Gynaecology which Yoni Steam is also part of and which is what I am really passionate about is about taking accountability for your path and having the willingness to be honest with our feelings, being truthful to how we feel and trusting of the process.

This journey is about going beyond the physical & mental symptoms. With honesty we are invited to reflect on the environment around us, our choices, our lifestyle, the path we have walked and our relationship with others, with ourselves and with our own body.

For this reason, the first step during a private Yoni Steam session is to have a “Innerview”, where we will be getting to know each other with honesty and clarity.

This way when you feel comfortable to start your Steam Ritual, I will be selecting herbs, plants and/or flowers that will meet you where you are according to your intention, needs and journey.

The Innerview can be done in person or via a video call.

Once the first session is done a specific treatment will be created.

When it comes to the level of physical treatment, it is important to understand and remember that Yoni Steam is a complementary treatment. I highly encourage everyone to seek a holistic doctor, nutritionist and/ or naturopath that can provide support for the treatment and healing of the body. Therapy sessions are encouraged.

The effect of the Yoni Steam will be different for every woman and it will be different in every session. Each plant has its own essence and strength, so each plant used will work its power, it’s healing and its magic on the physical, energetic, emotions, mental and spiritual body of each woman.

The effects from a Yoni Steam session and treatment can be many. It can be subtle, or it can manifest itself in a more powerful way. We will discuss this in more depth during the innerview.

Every plant will meet you where you are in your life and it will unfold in its own unique way supported by your intention, your trust, the readiness of your body and the healing that is ready to be embraced.
